I'm a Tokyo-based wagyu obsessive. I've spent years eating my way through hundreds of yakiniku counters, steak houses, and hidden meat temples across Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Osaka.
WAGYU SAMURAI exists because I believe the best beef in Japan shouldn't be a guessing game for visitors.
What I Do
I curate only the restaurants I'd personally take a friend to. Every spot on this account has been visited, tasted, and vetted by me. No sponsorships. No paid placements. Just honest picks.

Can't get a table? Most of Japan's best beef restaurants don't take online bookings, don't have English menus, and require a phone call in Japanese.
That's where I come in. I'll handle the reservation for you.
